Rosado

Made from a field blend mix of red & white varieties from very old vines: 70 to 110 years old.

Fresh red fruit – cherries/strawberries – some mineral, intense with round tannins. Not modern polished style at all, slightly rustic which makes it interesting, original and true to its Serra da Estrela terroir.

Grapes: Rufete, Jaen, Marufo and 50% white grapes Syria, Fonte Cal and Folgosão Rosado.

Alcohol: 13%
