Cider Faca nos Dentes – Porta da Loja


Monovarietal cider aged on its lees apple is Porta da Loja (cellar’s door). Traditionally used for baking in a stew with vinho verde and sugar on Christmas Eve super clean. Minho variety blend with 3-day maceration another funky and tasty naturally fermented cider. A bit dryer, and sharp acid maceration gives it a really great aroma as well nice and crisp.
