Wine produced from the selection of the best “blend field” type grapes / Old vineyards (100%). The grapes, previously de-stemmed, are mechanically pressed, separating the first must in an “open spout”. Complete alcoholic fermentation, with indigenous yeasts, in stainless steel tanks at room temperature. Extended aging in fine lees, with “batonage”. Bottling, without filtration, at 12 months.
