Wine produced from the selection of grapes Touriga Nacional (100%). The grapes, previously de-stemmed, are mechanically pressed, separating the must into fractions. Incomplete alcoholic fermentation, with indigenous yeasts, in stainless steel tanks at room temperature. Bottling, with refermentation, without the addition of yeasts or sugars. It does not go through the “dégourgement” process, maintaining the permanent presence of yeasts inside the bottle.
