The newest cider creation from DOM was housed in French Burgundy barrels. 25 hefty kilograms of Belgian black currants (groselha preta) were added to each barrel alongside a small satchel of star anise. After months of aging – the barrel whispered that the “Pearl” was all developed and it was time to bottle. You will find this cider fruity, earthy, and a tickle higher in acidity. The star anise adds soft notes of clove and cola.
