2020 Chinado Palheto comes from the older vineyard we own, one that’s dated in the 60’s. It’s a field blend once again with both white (about 70%) and red (about 30%) grapes mixed, which was a very common thing back in the day in Portugal. This blend yields a light coloured red full of character, fresh and elegant that we aged in 2 used oak barrels for 7 months and we bottled a total of 592 bottles, without filtration.
